Do you offer custom cuts or special fabrications?
Yes. We manufacture stamped parts and assemblies precisely according to customer specifications – from single samples to full-scale production. Drawings, CAD files, or sample parts can serve as the basis.
What materials do you process?
Our core material is HORNEX® vulcanized fibre, complemented by hard paper, sealing materials, technical composites, films, and polyethylene for spinning cans.
Can I request a sample?
Yes. Simply use the “Request sample” button – we will then clarify the requirements with you personally.
What certifications do you have?
We are certified according to ISO 9001:2015, AEO, RoHS, REACH, and UL. All certificates are available for download on our website.
Where do you manufacture?
Exclusively in Germany – at our site in Geldern. This is also where our development, toolmaking, and administration are located.
How long are your delivery times?
Depending on the product area and order situation, we deliver within 2–6 weeks. Repeat orders and standard parts can be delivered faster.
Which countries do you deliver to?
Worldwide – coordinated from our site in Geldern. Our customers are located in Germany, Europe, the USA and Asia.
How does the collaboration work?
After your inquiry, we will personally discuss your requirements. You will receive an individual offer and, if necessary, a release sample. Production then begins.
Can you realize small batch production?
Yes. We are set up for flexible batch sizes – from single pieces to large-scale production. Assemblies are also semi-automatically assembled.
